  • Andrew Leedham runs Meta ads for coaches and consultants doing $10K to $100K a month, under his brand The Ascension Boardroom.
  • He has 66K followers on Instagram, and his bio says he helps experts scale coaching and consulting businesses, with "DM me 'build'" as the call to action.
  • His funnel is a paid video page: a 14 minute video with a free "Ad Account Audit" booking calendar right underneath it.
  • His ad page shows about 66 live Meta ads, and 42 of the 45 I loaded carry the same line: "Your ads aren't broken. Your conversion data is."
  • He says he spent $250K on ads figuring this out and has served 75+ coaches and consultants (his claims).

What He Sells, And To Who

From his video, his site (andrewleedham.com) and his live ads, Oct 4 to 5 2026.

~66 Ads Running Right Now

Main angle: it's your data, not your ads
42 new ads (Sep 23 to 24) go to the video page
3 old ads (May 6) go to a free training opt in
His own advertiser page in the Meta Ad Library, Oct 5 2026: "~66 results". I loaded 45. I can't see retargeting from outside.

What He Posts

Meta ads lessonsPhoto carousels with a bold headline that teach ad numbers and fixes. 3 of the 12 posts I could see, and they're his newest."If your ads 'aren't working,' it might not be your ads."
Business-scaling lessonsText posts and carousels on pricing, authority and what scales. The biggest slice: 4 of the 12."Don't charge by the hour. Charge for the problems you solve."
Talking-head reelsHim at his desk talking to camera, short tips with captions. 3 of the 12."Why Your Leads Aren't Converting"
Personal and his whyHis kids, his reasons, mindset. 1 of the 12."My real why isn't business."
Long YouTube videos9 videos on a small channel (97 subscribers), big-promise titles about ads and scaling."I Spent $500K On Ads. Here's What Actually Works"
Paid adsAbout 66 live Meta ads. 42 of the 45 I loaded run one message with different creatives (a question, a reframe, a client result, a talking head video). They go to his video page."Your ads aren't broken. Your conversion data is."
Instagram (public grid, Oct 4 2026): carousels, text posts and reels, pushing to "DM me 'build'" and comment keywords like "ROADMAP". YouTube: long videos. TikTok: 187 followers, not used. Ads: the 42 new ones go to go.andrewleedham.com/watch.

The Funnel, Step By Step

Ad → video page → 14 minute video → form step 1 → form step 2 → 60 minute call → 90 day program. Public pages only. Nothing submitted, nothing booked.
✓ WORKING

His Ad Says It's Not Your Fault

Their story✓
Real problem✓
Blames Meta✓
He tells them it's not their fault
What's happening
Every new ad opens on the coach's own story: "Coaches and Consultants doing $10K-100K/month. If your ads are bringing in leads who can't afford your program…" Then he flips what they think the problem is: "Your ads aren't broken. Your conversion data is." His video names who to blame: "Meta's rolled out an entirely new ad system and it broke every ad campaign and strategy that used to work."
Why it makes him money
Coaches at $10K a month who run ads already blame their creative or their budget. He tells them it isn't their fault, Meta changed the rules, and there's a reason they haven't heard yet. Only coaches already paying for ads get leads who can't afford them, so the line pulls in people with money and a live problem, and it lets them keep their pride while they ask for help.
What to steal
Write down the story your buyer tells about why they're stuck. Open with it in their words, then give them the real reason, and put the blame on something outside them (a platform change, bad advice they were given). One line: "Your X isn't broken. Your Y is."
✓ WORKING

A Named Fix, Proven At The Same Spend

Named fix✓
3 results✓
Same spend✓
He sells a fix with a name, not "better ads"
What's happening
The video breaks his fix into named parts, like "signal density" and "Pixel Conditioning: The 'Broke Lead' Filter" (chapter at 4:34). Each part gets a client with numbers. Tricia: "she made one hundred and twenty two thousand dollars with the same eighteen thousand dollars in ad spend." Robert: thirty ks in thirty days "with his same ad spend". Kendra: thirty calls on thirty dollars a day.
Why it makes him money
His buyer has heard "scale with ads" a hundred times. In his own words they've tried "new ads, new audiences, even agencies". A named fix sounds like something they haven't tried yet, and results at the same spend answer their biggest fear: that the answer is to spend more. So they book to get the new thing, not more of what failed.
What to steal
Give the one thing you do differently a name people can repeat. Then pick client results that kill your buyer's biggest doubt. If they fear it costs more, show the same spend. If they fear it takes forever, show the timeline.
✓ WORKING

He Makes Himself The Safe Middle Option

Free audit✓
$5K agency✓
Honest exit✓
Doing it alone looks risky, the agency looks expensive, he looks safe
What's happening
The video ends on three options. Do it yourself and risk "a lot of wasted money on guesswork". Hire an agency that charges "at least five ks a month" and is "still running the old broken structure". Or work with him live, "not handed off to some junior person or a random VA". The only ask is a free Ad Account Audit, and he says if he can't help, "I'll tell you that straightforwardly".
Why it makes him money
He never shows a price, so the only decision on the page is a free hour. By the time they book, the agency already looks expensive and out of date and going alone looks risky, so his program is the obvious pick before the call starts. They get the result they want without paying agency fees and without getting passed to a junior.
What to steal
End your video with three options in your buyer's words: alone, the expensive way, and you. Say what they avoid by picking you. Make the next step free, and say out loud that you'll tell them if you're not a fit.
✗ LEAKING

The Ad Says It's Your Data. The Page Says Your Ads Broke.

why your ads stopped working → your ads aren't broken, your data is
Ch 1: Why Your Ads Stopped Working → Ch 1: It's Your Data
42 live ads (Sep 23 to 24) vs the page and video, which date from May. The video's mechanism, the "Broke Lead" Filter, starts at 4:34.
Headline matches✓
Subhead flips it✗
Chapter 1 flips it✗
His best idea dies at the subhead
What's happening
The ad says "your ads aren't broken, your conversion data is". You click, and the first line under the headline says "why your ads stopped working". The video opens the same way. The fix the ad is selling, the Broke Lead Filter, doesn't start until 4:34.
Why it costs him money
People clicked because the ad said something new. The page tells them the old thing they've heard before, so fewer press play and fewer reach the calendar. That hurts the rate of clicks that turn into booked calls, on every one of his 42 ads.
What I'd build instead
Rewrite the subhead and chapter 1 to carry the ad's line, and say the name of the fix, the Broke Lead Filter, in the first 30 seconds of the video. Same page, same video, new first screen.
✗ LEAKING

Every Answer Can Book

Ask 4 questions, book everyone → Send the "No"s somewhere else
Count every booking → Only count qualified bookings
Public settings of his booking calendar, checked Oct 4 and again Oct 5 2026. I never filled in step 2.
Asks ad budget✓
Asks about revenue✓
Stops a "No"✗
He sells the filter, but his own form has none
What's happening
Step two asks if you can spend $100 a day on ads and what your revenue is. But the calendar has no rule behind those answers. Someone who says "No, I can't spend that" still gets a time slot on his calendar.
Why it costs him money
Every broke booking eats a 60 minute slot, so the cost per qualified call goes up and close rate goes down. And if every booking is reported to Meta the same way (I can't see that from outside), he's teaching Meta to find more of the exact people his ads warn about.
What I'd build instead
Turn on routing. A "No" goes to a free training or a low ticket offer, not the calendar. Then only tell Meta about qualified bookings. That's his own Broke Lead Filter, installed on his own funnel.
✗ LEAKING

No Proof Unless You Press Play

0 client results on the page → Tricia, Robert, Kendra under the video
No name on the page → I'm Andrew Leedham, 100+ ad accounts audited
His homepage has video testimonials. The /watch page has 0 names, 0 faces, 0 numbers in the text, and "Andrew" only appears in the support email.
Tricia in his ads✓
In his video✓
On his homepage✓
On the paid page✗
His proof lives everywhere except where the ads land
What's happening
Tricia going from 1x to 6.7x return on ad spend is in his ads, his video and his homepage. On the page all his paid traffic lands on, there are zero client results and his name never appears.
Why it costs him money
A lot of cold visitors decide in a few seconds whether to press play. With no face, no name and no result to look at, the ones who don't watch leave, and they never see his best material. That's lost bookings he already paid Meta for.
What I'd build instead
Add a proof strip right under the video: three client cards with a face, a name and one number each. Put one line under the headline saying who he is. He already has the testimonial videos, so this is an hour of work.
✗ LEAKING

The Call Is A Blank

Select your best time below → 60 min on Zoom, you keep the plan either way
check back next month → Audits open 3 days at a time
The calendar settings say 60 minutes. His /apply page says 45 minutes and "No commitment required". The paid page says neither.
What it covers✓
How long it is✗
Above the calendar✗
"No commitment"✗
He asks for an hour and never says it's an hour
What's happening
Above the calendar it just says "Select your best time below". It doesn't say how long the call is, that it's on Zoom, or that you keep the plan either way. What you actually get from the audit is listed under the calendar, after a note saying "if the month is full please check back next month".
Why it costs him money
Booking a call with a stranger feels risky. When you don't know how long it is or whether it's a sales pitch, you put it off, so fewer people book and more no show. That hurts his booking rate and his show rate.
What I'd build instead
One block above the calendar: what you get (his 4 audit points), "60 minutes on Zoom, live inside your ads manager", and "you keep the plan whether we work together or not". Then a confirmation page with a short video so they turn up.
IMPROVE

Improve

why your ads stopped working → Your ads aren't broken. Your data is.
the three step system → The Broke Lead Filter
Make the first phone screen match the ad
What's happening
On an iPhone, the first screen is the eyebrow, a 4 line headline and a 3 line subhead. The play button sits at the bottom. The system is called "the three step system", which every agency says.
Why it costs him money
Most ad clicks are on a phone. If the first screen doesn't repeat the ad's idea and the play button is half off the screen, fewer people press play, and the video is what books his calls.
What I'd build instead
Shorter headline that says the ad's line, one line subhead naming the Broke Lead Filter, and the play button inside the first screen. Use one name for the system in the ads, the page, the video and the call.
KILL IT

Kill

3 May ads still live → Point them at the new page or switch them off
Kill the old ads still telling the old story
What's happening
3 ads from May are still running. They promise a "3-Step System That Stops the Crash Cycle" and point to a different free training page. One says "Comment ADS" for a masterclass and links to the training as well.
Why it costs him money
Those ads spend money telling people the old message that his new ads replaced. Two different promises from one person makes the buyer less sure what he actually does, and two funnels split the data he's trying to make clean.
What I'd build instead
Switch them off, or rewrite them to the "it's your data" message and point them at the same video page. One message, one page, one place for the numbers.
DO THIS

Do This

Book everyone → Book the qualified, route the rest
Install the Broke Lead Filter on his own funnel
What's happening
His whole pitch is "stop feeding Meta broke leads". His calendar books anyone. That's the first thing to fix, ahead of any copy changes.
Why it costs him money
Every unqualified call costs him an hour of his time plus the ad money to get it. Filtering them out lowers his cost per qualified call and raises close rate, and it makes his own pitch true on his own funnel.
What I'd build instead
Rules on step two: a "No" to the $100 a day question or under $5K revenue goes to a free training page, not the calendar. Only qualified bookings fire the booking event to Meta. Then the proof strip and the call block on the page.

That's only what I could see from the outside.

The real leaks are in the numbers: show rate, close rate, cost per booked call. Want your funnel exposed next?
