  • Runs High Impact Coaching, which teaches health, life, fitness, business and other coaches how to sign $3K to $8K clients and build a $20K to $30K a month business.
  • Has 92,300 followers on Instagram, where his bio says he's made over $20M as a coach and helped over 1,000 coaches build $20K months (his claim).
  • Left an engineering job at Cisco and says he built a 7-figure coaching business inside a year (his claim).
  • His funnel is a Meta ad, then a registration page for a free, live 2-day "Coaching Business Launch" workshop on October 6th and 7th, with the recording available.
  • He has about 54 Meta ads live right now (Oct 5). 17 send people to this workshop and 14 push his quote posts to his Instagram.

What He Sells, And To Whom

Free → Reels on Instagram, teaching on YouTube
Free → A live 2-day workshop, Oct 6 and 7
Paid → An application call (price never shown)
His buyer: health, life, fitness, business and other coaches who want to sell $3K to $8K programs. His Instagram bio link goes straight to the application. The ads go to the free workshop first.

~54 Ads Running Right Now

Instagram (92.3K) is reels: stories and stock-footage quotes. YouTube (1.96K subs, 48 videos) is the teaching. His IG bio sends people to an application, the ads send them to the workshop. Counted Oct 4 2026.

The Funnel, Step By Step

1 → Ad: "launch a coaching business in 2 days"
2 → Page: video, countdown, one button
3 → Pop-up: name, email, phone
4 → Thank-you page: add to calendar, watch a video
5 → Live workshop, 12pm Pacific, Oct 6 and 7
6 → Application call (that's where the money is)
Steps 1 to 4 captured headless, Oct 5 2026. Nothing submitted. I opened the thank-you page from the address in his own page code.
✓ WORKING

He Says Their Thoughts Out Loud

"I know I need to niche down, but I don't know how."
Their own questions are the agenda
What's happening
The page doesn't list topics, it lists the sentences coaches say in their heads: "I know I need to niche down, but I don't know how." "I don't want to be a sleazy sales person." In the video he runs through them too: "How do I price my programs? What if I don't have any sales experience?" Each one becomes part of the workshop.
Why it makes him money
A coach reading that thinks "he gets me" before he's sold anything. And because the free event answers the questions they'd normally bring to a call, the people who book the call show up already half sold.
What to steal
Write down the ten questions your leads ask on calls, word for word. Put them on your page in quotes, then make your free training answer every one.
✓ WORKING

The Result, Without The Parts They Hate

"without greasy, grimy sales tactics"
"no websites, no podcasts, no blogs needed"
$3K clients the way they want to get them
What's happening
He names an enemy, "the old outdated methods" where coaches "overcomplicated their marketing" and spent time on "websites and blogs." Then he promises clients at "3K, 5K, even 8K" "without greasy, grimy sales tactics" and "even if you don't have a big social media following yet."
Why it makes him money
His buyer doesn't doubt that high ticket clients exist. They doubt they can get them without becoming a pushy salesperson or a full time content creator. He removes the thing they dread, so the goal finally feels open to them.
What to steal
Finish this line for your buyer: "get X, without Y." Y is the thing they're scared they'd have to do. Put it in your ad, your headline and the first minute of your video.
✓ WORKING

Proof From People Like Them

"19-year-old college dropouts, first grade teachers, even rabbis"
"we can actually guarantee results"
Ordinary winners and a guarantee kill the doubt
What's happening
His proof isn't only big numbers. He says his framework helped "19-year-old college dropouts, first grade teachers, even rabbis" sign clients at $3K to $9K, and "we can actually guarantee results with our system. No other coaching company out there will say that."
Why it makes him money
A new or stuck coach's real doubt is "will this work for someone like me?" Seeing teachers and dropouts win answers that better than a millionaire's screenshot, and the guarantee takes the risk off the call.
What to steal
Pick three clients who started where your buyer is now and name who they were before. Then say plainly what happens if it doesn't work for them.
✗ LEAKING

The Calendar Button Is Broken

Apple, Google, Outlook → One Google link
Oct 6, 12pm Pacific → No date on the page
4 logos, 1 link✗
iPhone lands on a Google ad page✗
Date and time on the page: 0✗
Video says "link below" to a community: not there✗
People who sign up can't save the date
What's happening
Straight after sign-up he says "add to your calendar" and shows Apple, Google and two Outlook logos. All four are one button, and it opens a Google Calendar link. On an iPhone that isn't logged into Google, it lands on Google's sales page for Calendar. The thank-you page never says the date or the time.
Why it costs him money
A live workshop only makes money from people who show up live. Most people who click a Meta ad are on a phone, and if the event isn't in their calendar, nothing reminds them at 12pm on a Tuesday. That hits show rate, and every person who doesn't show is a seat he paid for with ad money.
What I'd build instead
A real calendar file that works on Apple, Google and Outlook, plus the date and time written in big letters with their own time zone. Then use the phone numbers he already collects: texts the night before, 1 hour before and at start time, plus one "starts tomorrow" ad shown only to people who signed up.
✗ LEAKING

He Tells Them They Don't Need To Come

(recording available) → $200 giveaway, live only
Doable on your own time → Show up live or miss it
"recording available" on all 4 buttons✗
Said again in the pop-up and the video✗
$200 giveaway only after sign-up✗
Every button says skipping it is fine
What's happening
Every button on the page says "(recording available)". The pop-up says it, the video says it, and the FAQ says the recordings sit in the group for a week so "everything is doable on your own time". The best reason to show up live, a $200 giveaway, only appears after they've already signed up.
Why it costs him money
A free workshop exists to sell the next step, and that sell happens live, with the energy of the room behind it. Someone who plans to watch the replay misses that moment, and a recording that sits there for a week gives them no reason to hurry. That hurts live show rate, and with it the number of calls booked.
What I'd build instead
Take "recording available" off the buttons. Sell the live room on the page instead: the giveaway, live Q&A, a free bonus only for people who stay to the end. Send the replay only to people who missed it, and make it disappear after 48 hours.
✗ LEAKING

His Best Proof Is Hidden

Green bar over the name → First name, niche, result, date
Guarantee only in the video → Guarantee under the button
18 client wins, 0 names✗
6 videos, no captions✗
"Guarantee" on the page: 0 times✗
Inc. ranking on the page: 0 times✗
Strong proof, nobody can read it
What's happening
Lower down the page there are 18 client win screenshots, and every name is covered with a bright green bar. Six video testimonials have no name, niche or result under them. His two strongest lines, "we can actually guarantee results" and the Inc. fastest growing ranking, are only in the video.
Why it costs him money
His buyer is a coach who has been burned by courses before and is checking if this is real. A win with no name and no niche looks like it could be anyone, so the doubt stays and fewer sign up. The same doubt follows them to the application call.
What I'd build instead
A proof section near the top with 6 named wins: first name, type of coach, the result and the month. A caption under every video. One line under the button with the guarantee in plain words, and Inc. next to TIME and Forbes.
✗ LEAKING

On A Phone, No Button

Big logo first → Promise and button first
Screen 1: countdown + logo + video✗
Headline starts at 593px✗
First button at 969px✗
Screen one is his logo, not his offer
What's happening
On a phone inside Instagram, the first screen is a countdown, a giant logo, press logos and the top of the video. The headline starts at the very bottom edge. The first button is about one and a half screens down.
Why it costs him money
Most people who click a Meta ad are on a phone. If the first screen doesn't say what they get and give them a button, more people go back to scrolling. That lowers sign-up rate and raises his cost per sign-up.
What I'd build instead
On mobile, shrink the logo to one small line. Put the promise, the date and the button above the video, so screen one reads like the ad they just clicked.
IMPROVE

Improve

One Google link → A calendar that works on every phone
Proof at the bottom → 6 named wins near the top
Fix the two pages he already has
What's happening
The sign-up page and the thank-you page both work. They just lose people at two spots: saving the date and believing the proof.
Why it costs him money
Every extra person who shows up live is another person who hears the offer. Every extra person who believes the proof is another sign-up from the same ad spend.
What I'd build instead
A working calendar button with the date in big letters on the thank-you page. Six named wins with niche and month moved up near the button.
KILL IT

Kill

"(recording available)" on every button
The green bars over every name
Stop selling the replay
What's happening
The page sells the recording harder than it sells the live room. The proof hides the one detail that makes it believable.
Why it costs him money
The replay promise pulls people out of the live room where the offer is made. Hidden names make real results look fake.
What I'd build instead
Delete "recording available" from all buttons and the pop-up. Ask six clients for permission and show their first names.
DO THIS

Do This

A show-up system → texts, a "starts tomorrow" ad, a 48-hour replay
The guarantee → one line under the button
Build the show-up system, then say the guarantee
What's happening
He's already paying for the sign-ups. What's missing is the system that gets them into the room and the one line that makes a skeptic say yes.
Why it costs him money
Show rate and sign-up rate both sit before the offer. Lift either one and every number after it goes up, with no extra ad spend.
What I'd build instead
Texts the night before, 1 hour before and at start time. A "starts tomorrow" ad only shown to people who signed up. A replay that expires in 48 hours. The guarantee written under the button.

That's only what I could see from the outside.

The real leaks are in the numbers: registrations, day 1 vs day 2 show rate, applications, close rate. Want your funnel exposed next?
